Full Time Bonus Pay

Earn An Extra $1.00/hr When You Work 40+ hours per week

Requirement: A minimum of 40 Hours Worked Each Week

(Available Immediately After Hire)

Bonuses are normally paid out on the 1st of the month. However, the Full Time Bonus Pay is always paid out on every paycheck. 

$100 Onboarding Bonus

Requirement: 240 Hours Worked Within the first 60 Days to qualify

(Minimum 6 Weeks of Full Time Work)

The $100 Onboarding Bonus is meant to reimburse any initial expenses you may have incurred during the onboarding process (like certification costs and phone lines).

$500+ Training Reimbursement

Requirement: 240 Hours Worked Within the first 60 Days To Qualify

(Minimum 6 Weeks of Full Time Work)

The Training Reimbursement pays you $7.25/hr for the time you spend training.  The average is a $580.00 payout for 80 hours of training.

Automatic $1/hr Raise

Requirement: 240 Hours Worked Within the First 60 Days To Qualify

(Minimum 6 Weeks of Full Time Work)

Automatically receive a $1/hr raise after you work your first 160 hours within your first 60 days.

Refer A Friend, And You BOTH Get Paid A $250 Bonus!!!

Requirement: 160 Hours Worked Within the first 30 Days to qualify

(Minimum 4 Weeks of Full Time Work)

The $250 Referral Bonus is designed to reward our team for growing our team with new people who are serious about working full time. Limit 10 new team members per month ($2,500).
