The Training Reimbursement pays you $7.25/hr for the time you spend training.  The average is a $580.00 payout for 80 hours of training.

Automatic $1/hr Raise

Requirement: 240 Hours Worked Within the First 60 Days To Qualify

(Minimum 6 Weeks of Full Time Work)

Automatically receive a $1/hr raise after you work your first 160 hours within your first 60 days.

$250 Bill Pay Bonus Entry

Requirement: 320 Hours Worked Within the First 90 Days To Qualify

(Minimum 8 Weeks of Full Time Work)

Each month, we will choose one qualified person from our team, and pay any bill, up to $250.
