Bonuses & Incentives

Requirement: 40 Hours Worked Each Week
(Available Immediately After Hire)

Earn An Extra $0.50/hr When You Work 40+ Hours Per Week!

Bonuses are normally paid out on the 1st of the month. However, the Full Time Bonus Pay is always paid out on every paycheck.

Requirement: 240 Hours Worked Within The First 60 Days To Qualify
(Minimum 6 Weeks of Full Time Work)

The $100 Onboarding Bonus is meant to reimburse any initial expenses you may have incurred during the onboarding process (like certification costs and phone lines).

The Training Reimbursement pays you $7.25/hr for the time you spend training. The average is a $580.00 payout for 80 hours of training.

What kind of software do I need?
  • A PC that is fully updated with all current patches, critical updates, and service packs from Microsoft Update is requested. These guidelines are outlined for each program as agents are provided with the program offers.
  • Fill out an application.
  • Access Application Portal. Within 24 hours of your application being received, you will be sent an email invitation on how to access our applicant portal, current opportunities, and complete your application.
  • Run a background check. You will complete a background check with our third-party background vendor; this costs you $9.99 and includes an SSN verification, nationwide, and county criminal checks.
  • Apply for programs you feel suit you best based on your experience, availability, and interest.

    • If no programs interest you, check back often as our offerings change frequently.

Within 24 hours of your application being received, you will be sent an email invitation on how to access our applicant portal, current opportunities, and complete your application.

You must reside in the United States to work from home.

You are also able to move to any state (not listed above) and still provide services – many jobs don’t provide you this flexibility or require an extended transfer process.

You will be your own micro-call center. You will take customer service calls for well-known fortune 500 companies. These calls include billing questions, technical assistance, account maintenance, sales, and data entry.

You will need:

  • A Quiet Work Area
  • A Computer (laptop is acceptable, must be hard-wired, no Wi-Fi permitted)
  • Landline Telephone (no cellphones allowed)
  • High-Speed Internet
  • Headset

You will be handling sensitive data and customer information. This background check is necessary for clients to know that you are trustworthy and that their customer’s information will be secure.

All classes are taken online. You will need a computer, hard-wired high-speed internet (not wifi), and a usb headset for training. Classes are Monday-Friday, and they are generally 2-4 hours each day depended on the client that you choose. You will be able to choose, based upon the client, if you’d like mornings, afternoon, or evenings.

Classes are between 5 days and 30 days based on the client. After you have successfully completed certification, you can begin working and getting paid. Like any training, there is going to be a lot of information and this time goes by quickly.

You will be paid twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th day of the month. Payments are made by direct deposit to the bank account or payment card of your choice.

*No checks will be mailed as we wish to ensure the receipt of your funds.

Because you are an Independent Contractor and not an employee, you are responsible for your own taxes. No taxes will be deducted from your earnings. We will provide you with a 1099-NEC at the end of every year.

*Please speak with your tax preparation service regarding information on filing a 1099-NEC.
